• January 5, 2026 - Serakos, Ltd. reminder to clients for W-2s, W-3s, 1099-MISC forms.
• February 2, 2026 - W-2s, W-3s, 1099-MISC - Employers' Information Returns Due Date.
• March 15, 2026 - Filing Deadline for S-Corporations and Partnerships.
• April 15, 2026 - Filing Deadline for Individuals and C-Corporations.
• September 15, 2025 - Filing Deadline for S-Corporations and Partnerships if an extension was filed. 
• October 15, 2026 - Filing Deadline for Individuals and C-Corporations if an extension was filed.
